Unlimited access to all classes for those that want that extra bit of training and access to Open Gym time slots to utilise gym equipment out of structured class times.

For experienced athletes that have a minimum of 6 months experience in a functional fitness* environment. Great for when you are visiting from out of town.



Student Rate
Per week

Unlimited access to all classes for those who study full-time.

*Functional Fitness is defined as a mixed modality of Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics & Metabolic Conditioning.

Foundations Package


Then this package is for you. Before we let you loose on classes, you’ll spend two 1 hour sessions with our head coach going over all the basics to break down the movements and build a solid foundation. On completion, you’ll then have 5 concession classes to use up at your own pace over 3 weeks, allowing you to ease your way into classes in your own time.
