Unbound Fitness is an inclusive, community-driven space that offers progressive programming for all levels of fitness; enabling our members to achieve their goals with the guidance of approachable and knowledgeable coaches.



Functional Training

A training programming that combines Olympic lifting, Gymnastics and Cardio Endurance. The classes we teach are designed and programmed by Renegade Performance, to help increase strength, flexibly and overall endurance for both in and outside of the gym.


A full 50min running clock workout, designed to push your endurance levels and build capacity. This class involves no barbell and is focused on body weight, KB/DB, wallballs and a variety of cardio equipment. A great option for those days where you just want to move without the heavy weights.

Weekend Warrior

Held every Saturday morning, this class is all about having fun with your gym buddies. Set up as a larger endurance workout where we get it done as a team, we put our functional training to the test.
